Founded in 2024, Wildwood Search is a specialized recruitment firm focused on placing exceptional talent across real estate finance firms. We bring firsthand industry insight to every search, translating direct experience into collaborative and intentional recruiting.

Meet the
Founder
Elliot founded Wildwood Search in 2024 after more than seven years in real estate finance. He held roles in acquisitions, asset management, and investment banking at MetLife Investment Management, Brookfield, Eastdil Secured, and Balboa Retail Partners. Across these positions, Elliot gained hands-on experience with diverse strategies, asset classes, and fund structures, and continues to build a deep industry network and versatile expertise.
Elliot holds a bachelor of science from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, he spends his time with family & friends, traveling, and pursuing hobbies.
